- At AuViSaver, we are committed to providing you with the most reliable video downloading experience possible. We understand that technical issues can sometimes be unavoidable; therefore, we pledge to do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction.
- 1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans and one-time purchases. If AuViSaver fails to perform as advertised, or if you encounter technical difficulties that we are unable to resolve, you are entitled to request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- 2. Refund Eligibility
- To be eligible for a refund, one or more of the following conditions must be met:
- Technical Issues: The software is unable to download videos from a supported platform, and our technical support team fails to resolve the issue within 48 hours of being notified.
- Duplicate Purchase: You have inadvertently purchased the same plan more than once.
- Billing Errors: Your account was charged an incorrect amount, or you continued to be charged after successfully canceling the service.
- 3. Non-Refundable Situations
- We reserve the right to refuse refund requests under the following circumstances:
- The refund request is submitted more than 14 days after the date of purchase.
- Requests based on non-technical reasons—such as "changing your mind" or "no longer needing the product" (this is a standard industry practice for digital goods designed to prevent abuse of refund policies).
- Requests based on the inability to download videos from a specific website that is not listed among our supported platforms.
- The user's account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., using the tool to engage in large-scale copyright infringement activities).
- 4. How to Request a Refund
- To initiate a refund request, please contact us via email at support.auvisaver@gmail.com and provide the following information:
- Your Order Number (found on your receipt).
- The email address you used at the time of purchase.
- A brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund (if the issue is technical, please include relevant screenshots or links to the videos you were unable to download).
- 5. Refund Processing
- Once we have received and reviewed your refund request, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your application. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days; the funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method.
- 6. Service Interruptions
- Please note that our video download technology relies on third-party platforms. If these platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok) alter their algorithms, AuViSaver may temporarily cease to function properly. We will release updates as soon as possible to resolve such issues. We do not offer refunds for such temporary service interruptions unless the disruption persists for more than 7 consecutive days.
