We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our subscription plans and one-time purchases. If AuViSaver does not perform as advertised or you experience technical difficulties that we cannot resolve, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.
Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, one or more of the following conditions must be met:
- <strong>Technical Issues:</strong> The software is unable to download videos from supported platforms, and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours of being notified.
- <strong>Duplicate Purchase:</strong> You accidentally purchased the same plan twice.
- <strong>Billing Error:</strong> You were charged an incorrect amount or charged after a successful cancellation.
Non-Refundable Situations
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
- "Change of mind" or "I don't need it anymore" without any technical reason (for digital goods, this is standard practice to prevent abuse).
- Requests based on the inability to download from a specific site that is not listed in our supported platforms.
- The user's account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., using the tool for mass copyright infringement).
How to Request a Refund

Processing of Refunds
Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days.
Service Interruptions
Please note that video downloading technology depends on third-party platforms. If a platform (e.g., YouTube, TikTok) changes its algorithm, AuViSaver may temporarily stop working. We will issue updates as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be issued for temporary outages unless they last longer than 7 consecutive days.
